Super Bowl Sunday
February 05, 2012Come ski before the game or enjoy an afternoon of skiing, while other's head in to view it...
It was a fantastic ski day yesterday. So many people were out and I got a chance to talk with lots of folks--always good to meet our skiers!
I got out an did my favorite South End loop, up Pond Loop to Fletchers, over Sloppy Joes, and back Lower Figure Three, a great quick leg stretch. It was late in the afternoon and boy were our trails skied! Beautiful though and so good to get out for a moment on a day like yesterday.
All trails that were open yesterday will again be open today and as I posted yesterday (and talked with people about yesterday) our partial openings are: Lower Snows is open to Jct 35, Cascade Brook Jct 28-29. Beanbender is rough! And watch for dirt on outer South End Trails. Thank you for your understanding, these trails are worth being skied, even if we can only get them open partly, so enjoy!
