Parks Report

Today's Notes

4:39pm, Wednesday 17th December 2014
Updates filed after 3:00 PM reflect the next day's conditions.
Some snow overnight should make for some incredible skiing and riding! There’s nothing quite like waking up and seeing the trees covered in snow, brushing off your vehicle, and heading to the mountain for first chair. And that’s exactly what you should do for Thursday, December 18th! We’ll be open at 9am with 15 trails serviced by 5 lifts! The Hike Park in Exhibition and 3 features on the Pasture have been stellar and the parks crew is gearing up for World Snowboard Day this Sunday. Base depths are 6” to 20” with wet packed surface conditions. Temperatures will be in the upper 20’s, mostly cloudy skies, and you may see some flurries. Lift ticket prices will be $55 for Adults, $45 for Teens, and $35 for Juniors and Seniors. The Marketplace and Schwendi Hutte will be open for food and beverage service. T-Bars and Sunnyside Timberlodge will be closed on Thursday. The Nordic Center is open with 33km of groomed trails. See you on the slopes!
