Waterville Valley is located in New Hampshire's White Mountain National Forest.

Double check the directions you receive. Avoid Sandwich Notch Rd. and/or Tripoli Rd. (via Lincoln, NH). These roads are closed and mostly non-accessable during winter months. Access the Resort via Route 49/Valley Rd., Waterville Valley, NH 03215. You will then take a left, following the Ski Area signage, onto Tripoli Rd. to access the mountain. Directions from Manchester, NH     

70 miles, 1 1/4 hours. Take I-293 to I-93 N to Exit 28, then 11 miles via Rt. 49 to resort village.

Directions from Boston

130 miles, 2 hours. Take I-93 N to Exit 28, then 11 miles via Rt. 49 to resort village.

Providence, RI

160 miles, 2 1/2 hours. Take Rt. 1-95 to 128 to Rt. 3 to 1-93 N to Exit 28, then 11 miles via Rt. 49 to resort village.

New York, NY

325 miles, 6 hours. Take 1-95 to I-91 to I-84 to Mass. Turnpike to I-290 to I-495 to Rt. 3 N to I-93 N to Exit 28, then 11 miles via Rt. 49 to resort village.

Montreal, Toronto, and Ottawa

225 miles, 3 1/2 hours from Montreal. (525 miles, 8 hours from Toronto; 340 miles, 5 hours from Ottawa.) Take Rt. 10 to Rt. 55 to I-91 to I-93 S to Exit 28, then 11 miles via Rt. 49 to resort village.

Halifax

600 miles, 10 hours. Take Rt. 102 N to Rt. 104 W to Rt. 2 to Sussex. Then Rt. 1 to Calais, Rt. 9 W to Bangor and I-95 to Portland to Rt. 25 W to I-93 N to Exit 28, then 11 miles via Rt. 49 to resort village.

Public Transportation Options to Plymouth, NH and Waterville Valley

Concord Coach buses run daily from Boston, MA to Plymouth, NH, two hours north. From Plymouth to Waterville Valley is 25 minutes. As there is no taxi service, we suggest making arrangements in advance using Advanced Rent A Car.
