More Snow!

Conditions for Tuesday 2/28/23

Another storm is headed our way for Tuesday. Snow is expected to start in the early morning and continue throughout the day. We will roam around doing a little grooming throughout the morning to keep trails more skiable. For starters we’ll have Pipeline, Lower Osceola, Bobs Lookout and then come down Swan’s Way to the South End. It will definitely be a good classic day, not so much for skate. We’ll likely do additional grooming mid-afternoon to start packing in all the new snow.

Rough Rider is now fully open and we were able to open a portion of Upper Criterion as well to connect it down to Pond Loop. There are still a few spots that will benefit from additional snow and it will be soft and a bit uneven until we’re able to push enough snow around. I recommend skiing it as a descent from Upper Snows to Upper Criterion (Jnct 74 to 73 to 16 to 52).

The registration isn’t quite ready to go live, but mark your calendar for our Women’s Clinic on Saturday March, 18. It’s a day you don’t want to miss!

Cheers,

Ian
