ATM’s are located on the 2nd floor of Base Lodge adjacent to the Guest Services desk.
BAG CHECK &
free outdoor bag drop
Bag check is available on the 1st floor of the Base Lodge. Bag Check is available on weekends & holidays only. $10 for Bag Storage
Free Outdoor Bag Drop is located outside the 2nd floor of the base lodge. Please note: Use bag drop at your own risk. Waterville Valley Resort is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
Bags cannot be left unattended in the Base Lodge. All personal items must be stored in either bag check or lockers, free outdoor bag drop, or in your personal vehicle.
CHILDCARE
Our full-service childcare for ages 1-3 years old is conveniently located on the first floor of the Base Lodge. Healthy, nut-free lunch and snacks are included with childcare, parents will be asked to select a lunch option at Check-In.

We will be offering daily childcare only. Seasonal childcare will not be available.
Spaces are limited and subject to availability.
Reservations are required for childcare - please reserve in advance.
FREE RESORT SHUTTLE
The Resort Shuttle is complimentary and makes numerous stops throughout Waterville Valley, including at the ski area, lodges, White Mountain Athletic Club, Town Square, and more. Wait at signed Bus Stop locations.
KIDS NIGHT OUT/BABYSITTING

LOCKERS
Leave your gear in a secure place. Day-use lockers are issued on a first-come-first-served basis and are located on the first floor of the Base Lodge.
Seasonal lockers are located below Top Dog Rentals. You can reserve your seasonal locker online.
LOST & FOUND
All found articles (clothing, skis, etc) should be turned into the ticket desk. If the item has value (rings, cell phones, wallets, license/credit cards) they will be stored securely. In order to release lost and found items back to their owners, they must fill out a Release Form. If the guest needs a lost item mailed back to them, there is a fee involved.

PREFERRED PARKING
Park in the Preferred Lot just below the Meadows Double Chair for easy ski-in/ski-out access. Season Preferred Parking Passes and Daily Passes are available now! Space is limited daily.
REPAIRS
Gear needs fixing? Stop by the Adventure Center for nordic and biking repairs and tuning, and Sport Thoma (the base of the mountain) for downhill skiing repairs and tuning.
RETAIL & SHOPPING
A bit of retail therapy is always an added bonus to a great vacation! Pick up a souvenir, a memorable gift for those back at home, or add to your adventure gear repertoire. Stop by Sport Thoma on the mountain for your winter clothing and ski gear or head to Town Square for nordic equipments, retail, books, games, gifts, and plenty of other goods!

BIKE REPAIR
Has your bike been sitting in the garage for the last 8 months? We won't judge. Stop by the Adventure Center for bike repairs, tuning, trail suggestions from local experts, or even a good ole' fashioned pep talk!

RESORT TROLLEY
No car needed in Waterville Valley! The open air shuttle provides access to every major resort highlight, as well as lodging, activities, and restaurants. Enjoy the freedom to hop on and off all day or just enjoy a scenic drive around the valley.
The Trolley runs June 26th - Labor Day 7 days a week from 9am - 5pm.
RETAIL & SHOPPING
Town Square is home to an array of quaint boutiques, unique gift shops, and classic retail stores. Pick up some cozy logo-wear, a thoughtful gift, toys or games for family night, athletic gear for your summer adventures, or a good book to read by the fire or while relaxing on the beach!
