POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Single gloves, mittens, hats, neckies, & gaiters are held for 48 hours. Unclaimed items after 48 hours are removed.
Ski/ride boots, skis, and snowboards are held until the end of the winter season. Unclaimed ski gear after the winter season are removed.
Paired ski poles are held until the end of the winter season. Unclaimed paired poles after the winter season are removed.
Single ski poles are held for 48 hours. Unclaimed single poles after 48 hours are removed.
Outerwear items including jackets and snowpants are held for 14 days. Unclaimed outerwear after 14 days are donated.
Lunch boxes/bags are held for 48 hours. Unclaimed lunch boxes after 48 hours are removed.
Electronic devices, wallets, credit cards, and other sensitive items are brought to our Account Department for secure holding. A 24-hour notice is required before pickup.
Backpacks and gym bags are held for 14 days. Unclaimed bags after 14 days are removed.
If a person calls or submits a form inquiring about an item in our possession, they have 10 days to retrieve the item or may be required to pay a shipping fee to have it sent to them.
