In response to the growing need within the community for reliable contractors to undertake smaller projects, Waterville Valley Resort is proud to announce our latest initiative: offering construction and hardscaping services for both residential and business properties.
Community members have voiced their frustrations about the difficulty in finding contractors willing to take on smaller projects. Given our relatively remote location, Waterville Valley has a limited number of available contractors, many of whom prioritize larger projects due to the financial incentives that accompany such work.
We’re not pointing fingers here; we’re just recognizing the realities of living in a prosperous, popular resort town. Waterville’s housing market is booming. Both condos and single-family homes get snatched up within days of hitting the market. Recognizing this demand, many area contractors are hard at work building new condos and homes across the valley. On the one hand, this contributes to Waterville’s growth, supporting our town’s upward trajectory. On the other hand, the lack of available contractors has posed a significant challenge for homeowners and business owners alike.
