Located in the heart of Waterville Valley, Town Square Condos are steps away from the best shopping, dining, and activities in the Valley. All units are situated above and around Town Square, so accessing units requires climbing 1 or more flights of stairs, or the use of our elevator. The whole family will have plenty of room to unwind, with fully-equipped kitchens, large living/dining areas, and access to DVDs & players for friends and families to enjoy. Adventure awaits outside your front door! Town Square offers bike rentals, Nordic ski rentals, fat bike rentals, snowshoe rentals, boat rentals, an indoor arcade, a 9-Hole Disc Golf Course, an indoor ice rink, shopping, dining, and more!

Cancellation Policy: When canceling a reservation 15/+ days prior to arrival, the initial reservation deposit will be refunded less than a $50.00 cancellation fee on each guest room reservation within the itinerary. Cancellations occurring 14 days or less to arrival, will forfeit initial reservation deposit in full. In case of inclement weather or illness, these policies remain in place.

PREMIUM CONDOS

Town Square Premium Condos offer spacious and comfortable accommodations for families and small groups. With two distinct floorplans to choose from, each condo is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Premium Condos include everything you’d find in the comfort of your own home: kitchen cooking supplies, dishes, salt & pepper, coffee maker & filters, towels, linens, and air conditioning.

Our Deluxe Condos provide a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. These condos are just as spacious and well-appointed as our Premium Condos but they do not include air-conditioning.
