Conditions for Sunday 3/12/23

Grooming will take place on the North End overnight. We’ll tackle all the trails on the Livermore Road side first and hopefully get to most of the Tripoli Road side as well. On the South End we’ll re-groom Swan’s Way/Inner Mad River/Village Trail and most of the inner trails. Once the heat of the day takes hold all ungroomed trails should soften quickly for another day of spring skiing.

In case you missed my previous posts, a local skier, Dr. Suzanne Young, is researching hydration practices of XC skiers in New England. She is a Professor at New England College and her research area is hydration in endurance athletes, specifically marathon runners. There has been little research done in XC skiers to date, but by completing her survey you can help change that. Thanks for your help!

We still have spots left in our Nordic Women’s Clinic, taking place on Saturday March, 18th. Check out all the details here

Enjoy your ski day!
