Happy weekend skiers. Friday afternoon we were able to groom the majority of the North End, including Livermore Rd and Upper Snows Mountain Trail. The most recent storm granted us just enough snow to connect the South End to the North End via Golf Course and the Connector, both of which are skate groomed. Saturday should make for some spectacular, albeit chilly, skiing. It seems that for now, the weather gods are on our side as the cool temperatures should help in firming up the trails this evening into early tomorrow morning. We may even see a few more flurries Saturday night into Sunday. It feels like midwinter now, but we’re expecting some warmer weather early next week, so get it while it’s good! Stop by the Nordic Center from 8:30am-4:00pm tomorrow for trail passes, rentals, and/or some warmer gear for your ski adventure.
