STORM DAY! MARCH 12TH

Diary posts are written the night before with the projected conditions. Updates will be added the following morning if conditions or grooming plans change.

Saturday 3/12/22

The track of this storm seems to be coming together. There may be little rain mixed in, but it’s looking like we’re going to see mostly snow! There won’t be any grooming overnight with snow expected to start early morning and pick up steam throughout the day. If we see enough accumulation and not too much moisture out there we may potentially do some mid-day grooming on the North End. Don’t forget to wax your skis as we may see some sticky snow tomorrow initially until the temperature starts to drop off in the afternoon.

The best trails for tomorrow will be the ones we’ve been grooming over the last week. Additional trails may be safe once there are a few inches, but the new snow will also mask icy sections so use caution.

Enjoy the fresh snow!
