I’m not sure what type of precipitation you saw in your locale on Thursday, but we saw 3-4” of fresh snow! There was some mixed precipitation as well, but that makes for great grooming. We’ll get out there on the North End on Thursday evening and then tackle the South End on Friday morning. A few trails may be left ungroomed while we wait for colder temperatures Friday night, but the majority of the system will be whipped back into shape for Friday.

With even more snow expected Friday night, we’re going to have a great weekend of skiing. If you’re trying to plan out your ski choices, Saturday looks like it will be more of a classic day with fresh snow and warm temps. Sunday looks like we’ll have some amazing skate conditions with colder temperatures helping firm surfaces up a little.
