Friday

The storm proved to be very finicky, with higher elevations receiving 10”+ inches and lower elevations getting some mixed precipitation, which condensed the snow down to around 6”. We were able to pack Lower Osceola, Tripoli Rd, and Bob’s Lookout. As long as we don’t lose too much coverage from the sunshine and warmth on Friday, we will plan to snowmobile groom those trails early Saturday morning. There was quite a bit of tree debris with this storm so we’re doing our best to pull the worst of it off the trails, but stay alert. There will be no set classic track for the moment. Early Season Trail Passes will be on sale at the Nordic Center for $16.

Livermore Rd had a few too many shady spots with little to no snow at low elevation, so if you’re adventuring that way use caution and plan to work around those sections.

While this wasn’t quite the storm we were hoping for, it’s still great to be skiing in November!

Cheers,

Ian
