The good news: there’s snow on the ground and skiing to be had. The not as great news: we didn’t receive quite as much snow as expected. Alas, early season skiing goes on, and for that we are thankful! We’re counting five or so inches of fresh powder on the trails from the most recent storm, and we’'ll be out shaping up the trails early tomorrow (Friday) morning. We are expecting strong gusts of wind tonight, so give us some time in the morning to clear, pack, and groom the trails. Though we’ll try to remove most of the tree debris from the trails, massive amounts of brownie points are available to those who toss any remaining sticks to the side! We’ll continue to groom for skate tomorrow, and may even throw some tracks in by the weekend, conditions dependent. Stay tuned for a mid morning update!
