Saturday Update

8:00 a.m.

We’ve picked up a lovely 1/4” of snow so far this morning that will cover up most of the funk with last nights groom and make for a perfect Nordic powder day. It should be just enough create that perfect frosting on top ski feel for skate or classic.

7:00 a.m.

We ran into a few issues on our North End groom last night. There are a few thin spots on Cascade Brook to keep an eye out for. We also had a mechanical issue and left some extra marks in the snow, especially on Lower Snows. Lower Snows will not be open end to end, just from Upper Snows to Swazeytown as an out and back. We should be able to get all of that cleaned up Saturday night with out other machine.
