We had a spectacular race on Saturday with fresh snow in the air and lots of great performances. Now we’re back to business for Sunday. The North End will get a full groom including extending the grooming on Lower Snows all the way down to Jnct 56. There are a few spots of thin cover on Lower Snows and Cascade Brook to keep an eye out for. The South End will also reopen with Pond Loop Snows Brook and Figure Three in good shape. The outer trails that were part of the race including Lower Fletchers, Sloppy Joes and HB Highway will open if we get some fresh snow in the morning, otherwise they’re a little too scraped off for us to groom. Reminder that Village Trail to Inner Mad River to Swan’s Way is in good shape for connecting to the North End from Town Square.
