Sunday Funday 2/22/25

What a weekend for the nordic skiers out there. If you didn’t take advantage of our trail system operating at 100% capacity on Saturday, you sure should on Sunday. Overnight, the South End will see a groom. Sloppy Joes will not be groomed, but should still ski great as it was groomed on Friday evening. As for the North End, most trails except for Tripoli and a few others will be groomed and tracked.

Have I mentioned that we’re completely open?! Yes, it’s exciting. Yes, I will continue to talk about it for the rest of the season. No, there’s not a single reason that you shouldn’t use your vacation days to come ski for the rest of the week. Yes, the conditions are fantastic. Ski it while we’ve got it… I’m trying to make the snow last forever but I haven’t quite mastered that power yet. Stay tuned.

Last, but certainly not least, season passes are officially on sale to buy on the Waterville Valley website as of midnight on Saturday. Buy online, and pickup at the Nordic Center or Welcome Center. There’s no time like the present for a season pass purchase!
