The majority of the wet precipitation is expected overnight into Thursday morning. We are preemptively calling the South End closed until we can get out and see how the trails faired. If you’re looking to get out and stretch your legs, please do so on the main North End roads where the coverage and firmness should be superior. At this point it looks like we may not be able to start grooming again until mid-morning on Friday at the earliest. That will give the moisture time to either absorb, run off, or freeze up. Still like our chances of holding on to a decent amount of skiing. There’s even a chance of a little snow accumulation on Thursday evening as the storm moves out.
