Tuesday 2/11/25
We have a pretty big problem on our hands, we can’t seem to make it stop snowing. Monday night we picked up a surprise 2-3” of fresh snow and we’re expecting more throughout the week. For Tuesday, we’ll groom most of the North End overnight. We’ll skip Cascade Brook, Lower Snows, Swazeytown, and Beanbender since they’re still skiing great. The South End is coming into form, but there are still a a few thin spots and some tree debris to keep an eye out for. Drakes Brook and Dry Joes are now open, but will be a touch soft until we make a few more passes on them. These next couple of storm systems will give us a fighting chance at 100% open, though we do have some big down trees to fight with on Jennings Peak.
If you missed the last one, we have another Nordic Women’s Clinic fast approaching on March, 1. It’s a great day of fun on the snow with our amazing instructors.
Have a good one,
Ian
