Tuesday 3/11/25

Spring skiing is in full-effect right now. We’ll wait for the temperatures to get down close to freezing and then do a short groom on the North End, mainly on the Osceola/Tripoli Rd side of the North End. Reminder that during big temperature swings we have a very short window to groom. The conditions on un-groomed trails will be best mid-morning to mid-day when the sun starts to soften the snow. There is still excellent coverage on most of the primary North End trails, but we are starting to see thin cover on Cascade Brook and a few other trails. We’re going to close Beanbender, Swazeytown, and Lower Snows.

The South End still had decent coverage on Monday and we’ll have to monitor throughout the day on Tuesday to see if any pinch points start to melt out.

Please make good decisions out there and ski to your skill level. The warmth and sunshine can sometimes lull folks into questionable choices. It is still winter, especially early morning and after the sun goes down. That being said, get out there and enjoy!

Cheers,

Ian
