Thursday

Conditions for Thursday 3/23/23

It’s going to get pretty wet and warm out there on Thursday. The skiing will probably be fairly entertaining on the North End in the morning before too much rain has fallen. I’m asking that people stay off the snow in afternoon to avoid leaving deep slushy ski marks that will potentially puddle up and/or freeze in. It will be a good day to wax your skis and get back in touch with your pen pal.

We will likely lose a good portion if not all of the South End due to a few choke points on Pond Loop. The coverage on the North End is still pretty excellent so as long as we get a refreeze and/or fresh snow then skiing will continue to be solid moving forward.

Keep your eyes on the storm Saturday night for a potential refresh of snow!

Happy trails,

Ian
