Ring in the New Year at the Valley Chop House on Tuesday, Dec. 31. Reservations are required. Doors open at 7 p.m. There will be a variety of appetizers. Dinner will be served at 9 p.m. with a choice of Chilean Sea Bass or Slow Roasted Prime Rib. A vegetarian option is available upon request. A decadent dessert follows and at 11:59 p.m. enjoy a champagne toast to welcome in 2025. The cost is $125 per person and includes gratuity. A cash bar will be available.
