About Orin Swift Cellars - Orin Swift is a renowned winery based in the famous Napa Valley, CA, known for producing bold, innovative wines that capture the essence of this celebrated wine region. Founded by winemaker David Phinney, Orin Swift has garnered acclaim for its creative blends and distinctive labels, making it a standout in the world of fine wine.

  • Date: Tuesday, July 30th, 2024

  • Time: Doors open at 5PM for cocktails and mingling. Sit for dinner at 6PM

  • Location: T-Bars Restaurant, Waterville Valley Ski Resort (location subject to change)

  • Tickets: To preserve the intimacy of the Waterville Supper Club, we have limited ticket sales. Reserve your spot before we sell out! 

  • Cost: $125 (includes 4-course dinner, wine pairings, tax & service charge).

Four-Course Prix Fixe

Wine pairings will be served with each course. Each course has been meticulously crafted to complement the unique flavors of Orin Swift wines. The bar will be open for those who wish to purchase additional beverages.

FIRST
Short Rib Sliders
Tender, slow-cooked short rib, richly marinated and topped with Jasper Hill bleu cheese and sweet, caramelized onions, all nestled in a soft Hawaiian roll
8 Years in the Dessert | Zinfandel, Petit Sirah & Syrah blend

SECOND
Thai Shrimp Salad
Succulent shrimp served atop a vibrant medley of crisp greens, tossed with a tangy Thai-inspired dressing
Blank Stare | Sauvignon Blanc

THIRD
Pork Filet
White Marble Farms pork filet medallions seasoned with a fragrant 5-spice rub accompanied by oven-roasted asparagus and golden fingerling potatoes
