8:30am Coffee and Breakfast Snacks
9am-10am: Yoga/guided stretch
10:15am–11:45am: On snow clinics
12:00pm–1pm: Lunch
1:15pm-2:45pm: Group ski/Skill building
3:00–3:30pm: Wax clinic

DESCRIPTION:
A day of Ski instruction and so much more. From beginners to advanced skiers looking to polish their technique, there’s something for everyone. Women’s Clinic registration includes trail passes, high-performance rental package, coffee, goodies, lunch, yoga class and qualifies you for specials on gear at the Nordic Center.

 WHAT TO BRING:
- Ski Equipment (equipment also available for rent)
- Warm clothing and plenty of layers, extras for changing out of sweaty ones mid-day! Hat, XC gloves, Sunglasses & Sunscreen
- Water belt or pack recommended.
- We are a full service touring center. This means we can suit you up from head to toe if you’re totally new to the sport or help you freshen up your skiing experience. We have a fantastic selection of technical and fun outerwear, accessories and new skis and boots from Swix, Salomon, Atomic and Fischer.
